Tube Chassis Designz
It all started in 1982 when Jon Sandahl, owner of Tube Chassis Designz was a junior in high school and decided to put a roll bar and frame connnectors in his own car.
Upon graduation Jon went to work as a Welder/Fabricator and received his 6G T.I.G. (All Position Pipe) Certification for stainless, aluminum, hastelloy, and steel.
As a member of a local car club several members asked Jon to work on their cars and it just snowballed from there. By 1991 Jon was working more hours on chassis than the welding shop, so in October Tube Chassis Designz was officially opened.
We are now located in a 4000 square foot building in Jons back yard.
